Bio

I am a general internal medicine physician and passionate medical educator. I provide longitudinal primary care to patients in Baltimore and also serve as a teaching attending on the inpatient general medicine service at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. I spend the majority of my time teaching and advising internal medicine residents and medical students. I am involved in medical education research with a particular focus on primary care education and advocacy, humanism in medicine, and health disparities. I am active in several professional organizations including the Society of General Internal Medicine and the Association of Program Directors in Internal Medicine.

I live with my partner and our two amazing boys in the Baltimore area where we frequent the local parks and hiking trails. Outside of medicine, I love to read about history, eat at local restaurants, and cheer on my favorite sports teams.
