Ashley Booth, MSN, RN Coordinator (Palliative Care)

Nurse Researcher and Coordinator for Palliative Interprofessional Collaboration for Action Research (PICAR)

Bio

I have been in the healthcare field for over 10 years in various roles but found my niche working as a nurse. My biggest joy throughout my career has been working with patients and learning their stories. Currently, I am the Clinical Nurse Coordinator for the Palliative Care Team at JHBMC and a Nurse Researcher and Coordinator for Palliative Interprofessional Collaboration for Action Research (PICAR). In this role I get to blend my passions for nursing practice and patient/clinician narratives as a driver for improving how we care for patients, families and care partners.

When I’m not in the office my favorite thing to do is explore. Whether through traveling to new places, roaming through museums or imagining new worlds in creative writing, I am all about finding spaces where my mind can take a journey.
