Medical Education Fellowship

About the Program

Our 2-year fellowship supports highly motivated and talented individuals (who have completed residency training) who are passionate about medical education to develop into master teachers and educational scholars. In addition to learning much and acquiring many new skills, you will engage in designing best practices for the ways in which we train the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Vision

The Johns Hopkins’ GIM Medical Education Fellowship develops educational scholars and leaders who are highly motivated and uniquely prepared to advance the field. Fellowship graduates are superb teachers who have the skills necessary to develop, implement, and evaluate educational innovations in medicine.

Why our GIM Med Ed fellowship is needed

Medical education must evolve to meet the needs of the changing healthcare system. Graduates of our GIM medical education fellowship are ready and able to lead the transformation.
